At Fields Family Dental we are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. Our practice offers the best and latest technology, including Digital x-rays, Intra-oral cameras, and Itero scanner. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family. We also offer Invisalign, night guards, and teeth whitening services.

Cancellation Policy

At Fields Family Dental, we are committed to providing high-quality care and exceptional service. Each appointment is reserved specifically for you, and our doctors and team spend considerable time preparing for your visit.

Missed or late-cancelled appointments create scheduling challenges and limit our ability to accommodate other patients. For this reason, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the next business day the office is open if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This ensures we have adequate time to offer the appointment to another patient.

Appointments canceled or missed without proper notice will be subject to a fee of $75.00–$150.00 for each hour of scheduled time.
